HOLIDATE INTERNACIONAL INC (“HOLIDATE”), in its capacity as Data Controller, will collect and process your personal data for the purposes of: a) managing the creation of your User profile on the Platform; b) enabling the use or access to the various functionalities or tools available on the Platform; c) improving the functioning of the Platform and the User experience, obtaining information about the User's browsing and search activities, as well as collecting broad demographic information to analyze the activity and performance of the Platform; d) combining information obtained online from different digital Platforms and the information collected about the User to create a profile that can be used to provide HOLIDATE.LINK services; e) managing subscriptions made on the platform with metahumans; f) sending relevant notifications about comments, likes, and subscriptions; g) conducting statistical studies or data analytics; h) processing orders, requests, or any type of inquiry, complaint, or consultation made by the data subject through any of the contact methods provided; i) sending communications via physical mail, email, text messages, and phone calls or through any other means of communication with commercial, advertising, or promotional information about products, services, events, campaigns, and/or promotional contests carried out by HOLIDATE, its partners, or Commercial Allies; j) processing identifiers and contact information, as well as payment and commercial information to manage your subscription, with the aim of providing customer service and notifications to the registered user about their account or subscription, including expiration and renewal notices, and notices about changes to the Platform or any product or service offered or provided through them; k) verifying information in credit bureaus or restrictive lists, with the purpose of using it as an element of analysis in the commercial relationship and making information reports to credit bureaus, restrictive lists, and/or any other information operator; l) performing accounting, tax, administrative, due diligence, invoicing, and other tasks related to the commercial relationship and certifying the commercial relationships generated between the parties; m) transferring or transmitting personal data to business partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, or allied companies, for the fulfillment of the purposes described herein, or within the framework of structuring and concluding strategic transactions. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with HOLIDATE.LINK's Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation of Colombia.

To generate interaction with the metahuman, HOLIDATE collects biometric data (i.e., voice) which are considered sensitive data. In these events, it acknowledges that, although you are not obliged to provide this information, you do so freely and voluntarily for the aforementioned purposes. You have the right to know, update, rectify, request deletion, and access your personal data for free; request proof of the authorization granted, or revoke it; request information about the use given to your data; and file complaints with the Authority.
